Dr. Brockett’s special interests outside of emergency medicine include rural medicine, patient advocacy, and sports medicine.

Dr. Brockett received his undergraduate education at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio in 2008, graduating Summa Cum Laude with honors. He then completed his doctorate at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio in 2014. Dr. Brockett completed his family medicine internship at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia in 2015 before completing his emergency medicine residency at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, Ohio in 2019. Since finishing his training, he has worked in Montana and back in his hometown in southern Ohio. His family has been anxious to return to Montana, and he is excited to be joining our team here in Great Falls where he plans on setting some roots and joining our wonderful community.

Dr. Brockett and his family enjoy exploring new country and look forward to spending more time in the Belts, Highwoods, and up and down the Missouri enjoying all the natural beauty that surrounds Great Falls. Their annual hunt in Glasgow was a success this year. He plans on taking full advantage of our central location in the state to continue recreating outdoors and looks forward to spending our colder months in his wood shop.
