The Great Falls Clinic is happy to welcome Dr. Amy Roberts to our Primary Care team. For the past decade, Dr. Roberts has provided primary care in rural communities across the Midwestern United States.
Dr. Roberts received a Bachelor of Arts in global studies with an emphasis in human rights in 2005, from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in Minneapolis Saint Paul, Minnesota. She went on to complete a Doctor of Medicine in 2012 from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2017, Dr. Roberts relocated to Billings, Montana where she spent the next two years completing a Family Medicine Residency. During this time, she trained in inpatient hospitals, outpatient federally qualified health centers, nursing homes and emergency departments.
In 2023, Dr. Roberts moved back to Montana to join a local health facility in Great Falls, Montana. She shared one of the reasons she returned to the big sky state is because she loves being a part of a tight-knit community, “In [rural] communities we really do take care of each other, and that is also true in Great Falls; we never do it alone. It is such an honor to be a compassionate part of people’s moments.”
In her spare time, Dr. Roberts enjoys hiking and playing with her two dogs, Kona and Zena.
Dr. Roberts is accepting new patients at Great Falls Clinic Northwest located at 1600 Division Road beginning July 16, 2024. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please visit www.gfclinic.com or call (406)454-2171.
