Kristin Wiley, DO, Joins the Great Falls Hospital Emergency Medicine Team

September 26, 2025 – The Great Falls Clinic is pleased to welcome Dr. Kristin Wiley to the Emergency Medicine team! Dr. Wiley is a combat veteran with a passion for serving her country and community. She completed much of her higher education while serving as an active-duty member of the United States Army.

Dr. Wiley earned her associate degree in applied sciences and intelligence operations from Cochise College in Douglas, Arizona, in 2011. In 2014, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies from American Military University. Dr. Wiley completed a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Originally from Nampa, Idaho, Dr. Wiley has spent the past four years wrapping up an Emergency Medicine residency at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in North Carolina. Her clinical experience includes over 400 adult medical resuscitations, 135 trauma resuscitations, and a wide range of procedures such as central and arterial lines, intubations, orthopedic reductions, and bedside ultrasounds.  

She shares that she looks forward to the next chapter in her career at the Great Falls Hospital. 

“I’m excited to return to the Mountain West region and provide patient-centered evidence-based care to the community.” 

When she’s not working, Dr. Wiley enjoys a variety of hobbies, including developing her homestead and hobby farm. She’s currently training for both a half-marathon and a full marathon in 2016. Outside of her professional and athletic pursuits, she enjoys the outdoors in Montana, taking every opportunity to snowboard, fish, and hike whenever possible.
