Jason is highly specialized in diagnosing and treating diseases of the respiratory system, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and the long-lasting effects of tobacco use.
“My interest in medicine started early in life when I felt a drawing to people who need help or service, no matter what situation, illness, or injury,” shared Jason.
Jason graduated from Jamestown College in Jamestown, North Dakota, with an associate degree in biological studies. He then spent four years in the US Navy as a Nuclear Power Engineer. Following this, he returned to North Dakota, earning a Bachelor of Science and a master’s degree in microbiology from North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota. Jason completed his education at Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he earned a Certificate in Physician’s Assistant Studies.
Jason has explored many niches throughout his career, including sports medicine, dermatology, and emergency medicine. For the past 17 years, Jason has dedicated himself to providing exceptional pulmonary and critical care to Great Falls, Montana, and the surrounding areas. His patients admire his attention to detail and thoughtful approach to care.
“Pulmonary [care] was a calling I found early in my career. I enjoy the ability to assist patients in finding ways to improve their quality of life. Using a team option between the patient and the provider has always been a goal. The variety of pulmonary diseases, including acute and chronic processes, is interesting and complex,” shared Jason.
