Patrick is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in pulmonary, emergency, and critical care medicine. He earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Montana State University in Bozeman.
Upon graduating in 2003, Patrick began his career in the United States Army. During a two-year deployment in Iraq, he served as a Flight Nurse with MEDEVAC as part of the 86th Combat Support Hospital, providing emergency medical/Trauma care to soldiers. During this time, he also spent time attached to the 5th group Special Forces and 3rd Infantry Division. Later, he was appointed Task Force Commander for Task Force Baghdad, overseeing the deployment of 600 soldiers into the theater of operations.
Following his deployment, Patrick and his wife relocated home to Great Falls, Montana, where they retired from active duty and joined the Montana Army National Guard. After his military service, Patrick worked as a Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department and as a Flight Nurse at a local hospital. In 2015, he returned to school full-time while also working as a flight nurse on a registry basis. In 2016, he earned his master’s degree in nursing from Simmons University in Boston, where he developed a strong interest in pulmonary and veteran care.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his daughter’s hard work in Gymnastics. He believes in staying physically active through lifting, running, skiing, hiking, and surfing when available. He also has interests in the arts, with drawing, painting, metal etching, and tattooing.
