August 27, 2025 – The Great Falls Clinic is pleased to announce the newest member of the Family Medicine team, Zale Kaupish, PA-C. Zale has over six years of experience performing procedures, diagnosing and treating various conditions, and developing treatment plans for patients. Zale prides himself on his communication skills and strong work ethic. He is passionate about his patients and creating plans that work for them and their families.
In 2013, Zale graduated from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana, with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance and a concentration in exercise science. Following this, Zale pursued a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana.
In 2019, Zale accepted a position with a local hospital and relocated to Great Falls, Montana, where he worked in a variety of departments, including orthopedics and employee health, before transitioning to the ear, nose, and throat (ENT) department. Now, as he transitions into family medicine and walk-in, Zale is excited to build new connections and continue serving the community with the same dedication and warmth.
When asked why he decided to pursue medicine, Zale shares that he enjoys helping people, not only through difficult times, but to get the most out of life through their health care needs.
In his spare time, Zale enjoys spending time with his wife and their new baby boy, fly fishing, and tying flies. Zale looks forward to continuing to practice in the community of Great Falls, where he and his wife are passionate about raising their family and strive to enjoy and support the local community.
Zale is accepting new patients at the Great Falls Clinic, 1400 29th Street South, every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. In addition to family medicine, Zale accepts same-day/walk-in visits at the Great Falls Clinic Specialty Center walk-in department, 3000 15th Avenue South, every Wednesday.
