Shawn Kelly, MD, is an interventional cardiologist at the Great Falls Clinic Heart Center. He is board‑certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology. Dr. Kelly is committed to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered heart care using advanced cardiac procedures.
Education and Training
Dr. Kelly earned his medical degree from the University of Newcastle in Australia. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
He went on to complete a cardiovascular medicine fellowship at the University of South Dakota Heart Program in Sioux Falls, where he served as Chief Fellow and Clinical Instructor. Dr. Kelly then completed an interventional cardiology fellowship at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester, Massachusetts.
He also completed specialized TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) training at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, with a focus on structural heart disease.
Board Certifications and Professional Memberships
Dr. Kelly holds recognition from the National Board of Echocardiography. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Australia.
