GREAT FALLS, MT — Great Falls Hospital is pleased to welcome Denae McClure, PA-C, to our premier orthopedic surgery team. Denae brings a wealth of specialized experience in both clinical and surgical orthopedic care, with a deep focus on treating complex hand and upper extremity conditions.
Known for her strong work ethic and compassionate patient-first philosophy, Denae is a highly skilled patient educator. In addition, she excels at developing thorough, individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique health goals.
Expanded Orthopedic Services in Great Falls
Previously, before joining the Great Falls Clinic Orthopedic Center, Denae honed her medical and surgical skills at Ortho Montana. In her previous clinical role, she managed comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, which included evaluating new patients, ordering and interpreting advanced diagnostic imaging, administering targeted injections, and serving as a skilled first assist in the operating room.
Above all, Denae believes that successful orthopedic medicine relies on open communication and custom-tailored care.
“I focus my care on treating every patient with an individualized approach to find what treatment options fit each individual’s lifestyle,” Denae shared. “My goal is to treat conservatively while ensuring advanced surgical options are readily available when needed.”
Deep Roots in Montana
Denae is a proud Montanan who completed her medical training right here in the state. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana.
When she isn’t caring for patients, Denae fully embraces the Montana lifestyle. She enjoys hunting, fishing, backpacking, camping, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. Furthermore, she is an avid Bobcat football fan and regularly returns home to lend a hand on her family’s ranch. Above all, her favorite pastime is any outdoor adventure with her husband by her side.
