Tim Grossman, MD, is a board-certified urologist. He has more than 25 years of experience providing comprehensive urologic care to patients throughout Montana. Dr. Grossman sees patients at the Great Falls Clinic Capital City Specialty Center in Helena. He offers personalized evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of urologic conditions affecting both men and women.
Dr. Grossman specializes in the diagnosis and management of prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stones (nephrolithiasis), and men’s health concerns. Additionally, his practice includes both office-based and surgical procedures, targeted prostate biopsy, imaging-guided surveillance, and long-term management of acute and chronic urologic conditions. He is committed to helping patients make informed decisions through compassionate, patient-centered care and individualized treatment plans.
Clinical Experience
Before joining the Great Falls Clinic, Dr. Grossman cared for patients at St. Peter’s Health for more than 25 years. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for providing evidence-based care while fostering long-term relationships with his patients and their families.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Grossman serves as an Adjunct Professor of Urology at the University of Utah Health, helping educate and mentor future healthcare professionals.
