The Great Falls Clinic is excited to welcome David Borg, PA-C, to the Family Medicine Department on July 8th. David is an experienced primary care physician assistant and has been practicing since 2016. He is passionate about getting to know his patients and focuses on building relationships and trust to establish the best treatment plans centered around each person.
David received his Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Training and Development from Idaho State University. In 2016, he graduated with his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University.
David and his family are originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho and are looking forward to returning to a smaller community to be more centrally located near family. Before joining the Great Falls Clinic, David began working as physician assistant for primary care at Unify Community Health in Spokane, Washington in 2016 before accepting a Medical Director role with the company in 2022. David worked with patients to manage their long-term health conditions and acute injuries and illnesses. He has treated a wide demographic of patients ranging from infants to geriatric patients.
David takes pride in his ability to empathize with patients while providing them with exceptional care. He pursues successful communication with patients to fully understand their healthcare needs and explain treatment plans effectively.
He and his family are looking forward to planting roots in the close-knit community of Great Falls, while David advances his career at Great Falls Clinic. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have enjoyed following their children all over the country as they ran track and cross country both in high school and now in college. He also looks forward to following his younger boys in their band endeavors in Montana and beyond. David and his family are big into the outdoors, including camping, hiking, fishing, kayaking, biking, trail running, snow shoeing, and the list goes on! Fun fact: David is the oldest of nine siblings, seven of which he met six years ago, along with his biological parents.
