The Great Falls Clinic and Hospital are pleased to announce, in partnership with Catalyst Realty, it is expanding its campus. This growth will take place on what was the former Centene Corporation campus. Catalyst Realty, which supports health care facility expansions nationally, purchased the property located at 2000 26th St South, Great Falls, in the summer of 2023. At the present time, several non-clinical departments will vacate the Main Campus at 1400 29th Street South, Great Falls and move into the new facility. These moves will not impact patient access as no clinical departments are currently moving, only administrative. Further information will be announced as changes are made to patient care areas.
The new building will be renamed from Centene Corporation to Great Falls Clinic Health Center. The Clinic intends to remodel the new campus to meet the healthcare needs of the local community. The Clinic has been actively seeking to expand its footprint for several years due to ongoing parking constraints and limited available property near Main Campus. The purchase of the Centene property addresses both parking and future growth. This new property provides ample opportunities for expansion with almost 15 acres of open space.
“At the Great Falls Clinic, we have been growing rapidly and we are excited to meet our growth needs. This opportunity to improve patient access and expand several of our departments, including potentially primary care, therapies, and behavioral health is very exciting. This new campus will allow us the opportunity to expand our footprint near our current facilities, leaving the door open for future projects,” shares Bradley Weast, Chief Operating Officer.
