March 20, 2025 – The Great Falls Clinic is pleased to announce Kendra Puckett, RN, as the newly appointed Vice President of Medical Group Operations.

Over the course of her career, Kendra has held numerous leadership roles at Benefis Hospital and Great Falls Clinic. In 2015, Kendra joined the Great Falls Clinic as the Emergency Department Director when the Clinic had not yet opened its new hospital located at 3010 15th Ave South, Great Falls. Kendra was tasked with setting up the Clinic’s very first emergency department and leading its staff and providers. Since then, Kendra has continued to grow into other leadership roles including Director of Emergency Services and Outpatient Provider Practices, and over the course of the last two years has served as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at the Great Falls Clinic.
Kendra believes the key to leading an efficient team lies in partnership, collaboration, and transparency. Through these values, Kendra has built a strong clinical leader team, launched several new service lines, and prioritized building provider relationships. She shares her proudest career moment remains opening the new emergency room at the Great Falls Hospital. Kendra’s team members would describe her as a great listener, collaborative partner and an excellent cake-maker. “Leadership has always been something I am passionate about. Being able to lead others and support front line staff through my position is something I am proud of,” shares Kendra.
Kendra received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana.
Kendra and her husband, Dom, fill their free time cheering on her three children at their sporting events.
