Debra Hebert, DO, is a part of our emergency room team. Dr. Hebert is a highly experienced emergency room physician who has treated patients in a variety of settings since 2003. She will take care of patients who visit the Great Falls Hospital Emergency Room.
Dr. Hebert received her Pre-Medical Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Orleans. She completed her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Health Sciences in 1999 and completed her internship at the Des Peres Hospital in 2000. Then, Dr. Hebert went on to complete her emergency medicine residency in 2003 at the Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis.
Dr. Hebert’s military career began when she enlisted in 1989. She served honorably for 25 years and retired as a lieutenant colonel. During her military service, she worked for Gulfport Memorial Hospital in Gulfport, Mississippi after completing her residency training in 2003. Before joining the Great Falls Hospital, Dr. Hebert provided emergency care with SCP Health and Baldwin Emergency Group in Alabama.
Dr. Hebert lives a full life with her nine rescue dogs, one cat, and enjoys numerous outdoor activities including but not limited to, hiking, running marathons, snowboarding, deep sea fishing, enjoying her property in Bigfork, MT and traveling. Fun fact: Dr. Hebert, she is a licensed nautical captain!
