Mackay Armstrong is a licensed physical therapist at the Great Falls Clinic Specialty Center. She brings compassionate, evidence-based physical therapy care to the Great Falls Clinic. Additionally, she is dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals through personalized, evidence-based physical therapy.

Passion for Physical Therapy

Originally from Claremont, California, Mackay’s passion for physical therapy began through her own personal experiences as a patient. Inspired by the positive impact physical therapists had on her life, she pursued a career focused on helping others overcome physical challenges and improve their quality of life.

Today, she brings that same compassion, encouragement, and clinical expertise to every patient encounter. Since moving to Montana, Mackay has enjoyed becoming part of the local community and helping residents achieve healthier, more active lives.

When she is not caring for patients, Mackay enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, reading, practicing Pilates, and exploring all that Montana has to offer.
