Tim Grossman, MD, Joins Great Falls Clinic Capital City Specialty Center in Helena

Tim Grossman, MD | Board-Certified Urologist in Helena, MT

The Great Falls Clinic is pleased to welcome Tim Grossman, MD, a board-certified urologist with more than 25 years of experience. Dr. Grossman will be at the Great Falls Clinic Capital City Specialty Center in Helena, MT. He will begin seeing patients in September 2026, expanding access to comprehensive urologic care for patients throughout Helena and the surrounding region.

Clinical Experience

Dr. Grossman provides diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of urologic conditions affecting both men and women. His clinical expertise includes:

  • Prostate Cancer Management
  • Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
  • Kidney stone treatment
  • Men’s health concerns
  • Ongoing care of acute and chronic urologic conditions

He also performs office-based and surgical procedures, including targeted prostate biopsies and imaging-guided surveillance.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the Helena community,” said Dr. Grossman. “My goal has always been to provide personalized, high-quality urologic care while ensuring every patient feels heard and involved in their treatment decisions. I’m excited to begin this next chapter with the Great Falls Clinic.”

Education and Training

Furthermore, Dr. Grossman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Grinnell College in Grinnell, IA. Later, he earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha, NE. Additionally, he completed his surgical internship and urology residency training at the University of Wisconsin.

Over 25 Years of Serving Helena, MT 

Before joining the Great Falls Clinic, Dr. Grossman practiced at St. Peter’s Health in Helena from 2000 through 2025, caring for patients across the region for more than two decades. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for delivering evidence-based care while building lasting relationships with his patients and their families.

Shaping the Way for Future Healthcare

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Grossman serves as an Adjunct Professor of Urology at the University of Utah Health, where he helps educate and mentor future healthcare professionals.

Additionally, Dr. Grossman remains committed to advancing urologic care through clinical excellence, patient education, and the integration of evolving diagnostic and treatment technologies.

Outside the Clinic

Outside of medicine, Dr. Grossman enjoys spending time with his family and exploring Montana’s outdoors through fishing, skiing, hiking, and travel.
