Great Falls Clinic Welcomes Award-Winning Cardiovascular Surgeon Dr. Pantelis Hadjizacharia
The Great Falls Clinic is proud to welcome Pantelis Hadjizacharia, MD, to its cardiac surgery team. With more than 13 years of experience, he has earned national recognition as a board-certified cardiovascular and endovascular surgeon. Additionally, he is known as Dr. Pan by many of his patients.

Dr. Hadjizacharia was honored with the Healthgrades Vascular Surgery Excellence Award in 2022, recognizing his exceptional surgical outcomes and commitment to high-quality patient care. His expertise strengthens the Great Falls Clinic’s ability to deliver advanced cardiovascular services in Montana.
Education and Training
Dr. Hadjizacharia earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies.
He completed extensive advanced training that emphasized:
- Research fellowship at the University of Southern California (Los Angeles)
- General surgery internship at USC/LA County General Hospital
- General surgery residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine (Tucson)
- Vascular and endovascular surgery fellowship at the University of Maryland, completed in 2015
